Refund policy

Returns
We do not accept returns unless the item arrives damaged. If your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photo evidence of the damage. We will assess the issue and arrange a replacement or store credit accordingly.

Refunds
Refunds are only available for orders that have not yet been shipped. Once an order has been processed and shipped, it is no longer eligible for a refund.

To request a refund before your item has shipped, please contact us as soon as possible with your order number.
